   Holy. Shit. This hit me like a bag of bricks. I love how real Shikabane is. Not holding anything back, telling it how it is. People need to hear it sometimes, and I felt her words. Super excited to read more.

      Really glad you enjoyed it!

      Shikabane here is definitely a character a vibe with and I've been in her position once, years ago
      When the last season premiered, it was relatable in such a painful way

         Can't say I've been in her position exactly, nor do I think I'd be able to survive living the way she does. Like Haida, it's a world I'm definitely not used to. But she certainly makes a lot of sense.

            I think it is hard to deny she carries a lot of truth, the words of a generation that was promised a future that could never be, realizing it was already sold long ago for others to pad their own retirements

            The only thing she is truly grateful for is that the media and games of the modern age can at least provide some escape
