aw this was great! i'm honestly pretty picky with my fic, but you write them in character & let them be in love w/out shying away from the many difficulties of their relationship (just the way i like it). i'll admit i laughed at "the swordsmen," lol -- i love poorly disguised NHL teams. also i so agree shane would hate #hollanov, but for personal reasons i am quite fond of it. thank you for sharing :)

Also, I totally agree that their issues need to be addressed too. Their lives are happy, not perfect, and Shane has never been the type to want to be an icon lol.

It’s funny you should bring up #hollanov- when I was posting this to tumblr, I tagged it with that, and then I was like “damn wait this is ironic” lol. Thank god Shane isn’t actually real and can’t be mad at me for it.
