Thanks for your comment, and I just wanted to add I did feel similarly. As much as I understood and sympathized with the Dessendre family tragedies, it didn’t sit right with me that the generations of the expeditions and their collective will and struggle and sacrifice only ended up being this rather involved family therapy session, and needed something more for myself.
