omg i loved this chapter! I feel like this was such a turning point for Fulvia bc she's seeing up close what the victors go through. However I love that her first instinct is to go to the president bc she doesn't yet realize that the issues she's seeing are systemic rather than coming from one particular bad person like Charlemagne. I love how you're portraying her development and I'm really enjoying the series!
You are picking up exactly what I'm putting down. This isn't the thing that will make her a rebel, but this is something that's going to continue to push her towards Crispus and Plutarch (and thus the rebellion)
