    Viserys II was the brother of King Aegon III Targaryen, not his son. Just a small error there.

    So Lyanna's boy has a name change to Brandon Snow; I think that's for the better. I wonder if anyone will think that he was fathered by Ned's dead brother Brandon...

      Thanks for pointing that out! I try my best, but some things slip through.

      It’s certainly something that could happen! Unfortunately, it’s not something I have exactly elaborated on just yet, as the scope of this fic has grown beyond me a tad, and I will be mainly keeping it to the one POV. But Jon/Brandon will play a part in the later sections of this fic (yet to be written), so it’s the sort of thing I can look into then.

      So I looked back at this with Viserys II. The appendix I copied/adjusted for this fic is from A Game of Thrones, and, as it turns out, that was actually how it was listed, Viserys not changed to be Aegon III’s brother until the next book.

      Guess I only noticed it from the second appendix onwards, and it slipped my mind that the first one was also therefore wrong.
