    Having reread the first chapter, I see that Haridon has figured out that his siblings are bastards, but that doesn’t prove incest. Nothing in the writing until Jaime winning the joust proves the incest. Unless you make Haridon use legilimancy on Cersei, it can’t be proven how he would know.
