That's a valid criticism. Honestly, I also don't like it when authors do what I've done here in trying to make the reader feel the same as the protagonist in their worst moment just because it's not very fun to read but the idea of everything feeling pointless and winning seeming impossible is the idea I was going for with the ending of Futaba's palace. As I said before, I do appreciate you sticking with the story. I hope you can still enjoy the rest of what I've got planned.
