    She is indeed! This fic was written before that information was clarified, and I’m going to go back at some point and edit it to reflect canon, in that regard. 😭 I tried researching who the head of ARGUS was, there was no info, and since Crawley had the “Director” plate in front of her in Superman 2025, I assumed it was her. Whoops!
