Luz Noceda, the Time Lord Witch

Summary:

As the final days of the Time War rage on, the Doctor makes the difficult choice of using The Moment to wipe out both the Daleks and the Time Lords to end the conflict. However what the Doctor doesn’t know is that a single Time Lady and her infant daughter managed to escape the carnage of the Time War, and are now hiding on Earth as regular humans.

So, obviously in this universe Luz is a Time Lord, or Time Lady, so is her mother Camila. As a Time Lady, Camila went by the tittle of “The Nurse”, she knew the Doctor personally and is an old friend of his. Camila’s husband died in battle against the Daleks during the Time War, Luz was just a baby at the the time, before the Doctor used the Moment to destroy Gallifrey and the Daleks, Camila had managed to steal a TARDIS so she and Luz could escape the war. Unlike the Doctor who failed his driving test at the Academy, Camila actually aced her test. Camila is on her third Regeneration in this story. When Camila and Luz escaped to Earth, Camila used a Chameleon Arch to make Luz and herself human to stay hidden on Earth. Camila’s TARDIS currently resembles a grandfather clock and is located in her living room.

So let’s talk about Luz herself, so, she currently still has 12 Regenerations left in her cycle. She still falls in love with Amity Blight, Lumity Forever! After the events of The Owl House, we will jump into the events of Doctor Who, starting with the 9th Doctor and Rose Tyler.
