Summary
Osse turned his face and looked at him. His eyes dropped, fractionally, from his face to his throat, his chest. Tyelpe knew that Osse was not looking at his cold metal adornments or cloth shirt or even the mere flesh beneath it, but at things which laid deeper still. They found, could not have failed to find, the brand in his fea, the still-smoldering imprint of the press of Sauron’s thumb.
“Who are you,” said Osse.
Tyelpe cleared his throat. Then he reached forward and grasped Osse’s wrist. It was solid flesh, warm and tough; it was also ocean-water, which surged.
With complete confidence, Tyelpe said, “I am the first person who is going to dance with you this evening.”

Summary
Sauron's widower is now banging Melkor's ex, and everyone is being so decent about it. There are some people with complicated personal feelings about all this, but they are dealing with them privately and responsibly and doing their best to be supportive and level-headed about the relationship. It's good that there's no ferociously hypervigilant sexual abuse survivor watching everyone clearly lie to him about what they really think. Let's check in with Tyelpe, though!

Summary
Still, no one said anything, so introductions were clearly up to Tyelpe. “Celebrimbor,” he said, “Tyelperinquar Curufinwe, if you need it to be that way. I’m exactly who you think I am. I’m s—”
“Yes,” the man interrupted, loud and abrupt. “Yes, I know who you are.”
“Most… do,” Tyelpe responded uncomfortably. (Aredhel sighed softly.)
“That’s good,” said the man. "The thing you're making, that is. It looks good. But I can't tell what it is."
“Uh,” said Tyelpe, who under no circumstances was willing to discuss the thing he was making.
“‘Good to meet you’,” Aredhel prompted, sounding exhausted. “‘And my name is…’”
“Oh!” said the man, and flushed from pink to red. “Oh. I am. Good to meet you. Sorry.”
“It’s—”
“And I’m Lomion,” he said. “Maeglin Lomion. I’m exactly who you think I am too.”
((Part three and part last of the Osse/Celebrimbor saga. In which the past repeats, and resolves.))
