For the past few weeks, Ren had been working himself to the bone. The law firm is booming with business, which is great, but that also meant the alpha was drowning in work. He had to leave early in the morning, barely having time to say goodbye to his family properly, and came back late at night, way past their pups' sleep time. It hurt Yusuke’s heart to see how much his pups missed their father and how much his mate missed his family. And he terribly missed Ren, too. Spending a few minutes together after Ren came back from work just wasn’t enough. He missed his mate’s warmth, his sweet touch, and his full attention.
