-Khan is, for once, forced into an inferior position. Khan attempts to find loopholes in Vulcan technology while in the midst of his 'rehabilitation.' Meanwhile, Kirk tries to adjust to having the man who caused him so much pain beside him all the time, and their growing 'bond'.
Will incorporate plots from episodes of Star Trek: The Original Series, with Khan added in.

Summary
Marcus brings Pike back from the dead so Pike can realize just how badly he's lost. He was a bit too late, though. Pike has slight brain damage. Luckily it isn't permanent, so Marcus makes plans that will allow Pike to bear witness to how badly things fall apart.
