Summary

Heat prickled across his cheeks, but Bellamy forced himself to focus, remembering the way Kova's hands trembled as they tied the strip of fabric around his wound, the way relief eased their tense shoulders once they realized it wasn't fatal. He thought of the night they volunteered to infiltrate Mount Weather by his side, unwilling to let him face it alone—how their dark eyes caught firelight. And that was enough.
The space between their lips vanished.
