16-year-old Nate Tenıyman discovers the Omnitrix in Midvale. After his best friend is murdered, Nate uses his new "Omni-shift" power to bring the killer—a corrupt Sheriff—to justice. This event alerts his DEO agent father, who relocates Nate and his newly-powered quadruplet siblings (Anissa, Bella, Calvin) to National City.
Meanwhile, Courtney Whitmore moves to the city and discovers the Chaos Staff. She learns her father, the hero chaosman, was murdered 10 years prior during Vandal Savage's ISA massacre of the JSA. As "chaosgirl," she and Pat Dugan recruit a New JSA, mentored by the four surviving JSA legends (Ted Grant, Jay Garrick, Kent Nelson, Carter Hall).
Nate's "Omni-shift" team and Courtney's "New JSA" initially clash while investigating the ISA's "New America Project." They are forced to unite when they discover the ISA is secretly aided by the time-traveling warlord Eon, who is obsessed with capturing Nate's Omnitrix.
The combined team trains under the JSA legends. In the finale, they successfully stop the "New America Project" and defeat the ISA's core roster, but Vandal Savage and Eon escape. The season ends as a new pod crashes, revealing Unis, who calls the Tenıyman siblings "brother."Series
