According to Jisung, Chan needs a mate to give all of his attention to. Jisung has the worst heats. So instead of experiencing them he takes daily heat suppressants. Seungmin, the only beta, just wants to finish his degree and start work at the pack business Bang Wellness without getting scented to death by Chan every day. Jeongin is a young alpha who's doing what the others need him to do in the hopes he won't be abandoned.

“Y-you can,” Minho started, squeezing Jisung’s hips gently to try and bring him back to the present. Of course, with Jisung’s brain in heat mode, the omega’s eyes fluttered shut and he let out a soft moan, which had both men stiffening. Jisung tried to take a step back, though it made him bump into the island behind him which, in turn, made him gasp. Minho’s eyes snapped up to meet Jisung’s, full of… something Jisung hadn’t seen before. Well, not in Minho’s eyes, anyway. He’d seen it in his own eyes as he stared at himself in the mirror less than 30 minutes ago, and he’d seen it in every heat he had and in others going through their cycles (though that had been more in his younger years). Jisung wasn’t sure he wanted to admit what that something was, his logical mind trying to shove the thought from his brain while his heat mind begged for more.

Summary
Hunting down people who hurt omegas isn't an easy job. It requires a lot of hours, many sleepless nights, and having to learn to live with the horrors they see in the process. The end result is worth it though, trafficking rings being taken out before they can cause more harm and omegas being freed to hopefully start living their lives once they're able to deal with the trauma.
Despite the long hours and trauma, however, Bang Chan and his pack wouldn't trade it for anything. Occasionally working with Hongjoong and his boys, it's what he's meant to do. He just didn't expect to find his seventh and final mate during one of those rescues.
(OR Felix has suffered so much, but he's finally found his pack.)
