John is new to this whole alien thing. He’s new to this whole style of military protocol. He’s new to being in a new galaxy.
He’s also a bit new to discovering things about both Iratus and Wraith that apparently no one else bothered to tell him. He’s also very new to being little in front of people he works with, and people he commands, but for some reason, here in Atlantis, it works?

John/Todd endgame where Todd shows up a little earlier than in canon and they experience a difference in cultures that baffles both of them. Littles are not immune to Wraith, but they might possibly be genetically engineered to be less likely to be fed on, and give more life than average, and it sort of led to a mutation along Earth’s lines.

As the light gradually began to fade and the figure in the center of the room transformed into a normal space, China felt that something in this event was definitely significant. However, he was still unable to comprehend what it was.
"Was that the same thing you saw at the entrance, Thai?" China asked, turning around.
However, he suddenly realized that all the noise and the various languages and the smells of food had disappeared. And so had the countries... They had vanished.
He was standing in an ordinary General Assembly Hall, where people, not countries, were present. "Stop." "Stop."
China tried to summon its power. But she wasn't there... Has he become an ordinary person? No, he has lived for thousands of years, he has seen everything that could be seen in this world, what happened?
Some people looked at him strangely, but they couldn't ask him to kick out because there were a lot of people and they all didn't know each other. Why is he seen at all?
How could he live like a human?
Wait, stop. Calm down.
He didn't remember how he got there. He had seen many things in his life, including dragons and gods, but this was the first time he had encountered something like this. -

All around the world, hundreds of glowing crystal orbs started to hum and float off of dust covered shelves that they had been resting on since the creation of the builds that housed them. They all followed invisible lines to their destinations. Passersby all staring in confusion but quickly forgetting what they had been looking at. Doors seemed to melt beneath them, floors and walls allowing them through without the slightest friction. And even the strongest wards bending to their will. They hummed on, all singing a melody of rebirth and happiness, stopping all at once when they finally reached their intended destination. Giving off only warmth and the whispers of great things to come.
All around the world, people of highest importance reached out to cradle their orbs, amazed that out of the hundreds of people to hold their positions they were to be alive when the prophecy came true.
Magic's Heir was finally returning.

Summary
This is a collection of short one shots from my "Stargate: Atlantis" personal universe.
In my universe, Atlantis is a self-aware, sentient entity. He has chosen a soulmate, a woman named Anya, who's deeply connected with him.
My Atlantis has some technological features that aren't seen in the series. For example, he never has to worry about ZPMs, because he has ways to produce them himself. You may also encounter other differences throughout the story.
All the other characters are the same as they're portrayed in the series.
The one shots range from comedy to romance to drama to action, always depending on the mood I was in when they came into existence.
These one shots are in no particular order. I'm posting them in the order they've been written, one by one. Some are connected, but many are not. I have hundreds of these scenes. Some may be similar to others.
