Summary
After the reveal of the Riddler's video, the GCPD decide to keep a close eye on the Prince of Gotham more carefully. So when Batman is seen entering the Wayne's property everyone is on high alert. Martinez is the first one to be alerted. He's not that far from the Wayne's manor, if he drives fast enough he might arrive before anything bad happens.
Or Bruce Wayne just wants to get some sleep but he'll have to deal with officer Martinez first.
