For as long as he could remember, Sakura Haruka was a monster.

“In that case…” he began, voice quiet. Slowly, his hands reached out, and Sakura tensed up, ready to fight. But Nirei had a close-eyed smile on his face, and he grasped one of the heterochromatic’s hands.
"Do your best, Sakura-san! I'll be cheering for you!" he beamed, his tone warm and welcoming. And all of Kotoha’s sudden tension left her body, relief filling her chest.
"HAH?!" Sakura let out, face flushing in response to the touch.
“Such hard work is to be rewarded! I’m sure that you’ll reach your goal! Just make sure to not give yourself too much stress!” he said as he let go of Sakura’s hand, hopping to his feet, giving him a gentle pat on the shoulder
IN WHICH:
The school year at Furin begins with a new face in town. Akihiko's trying his best to balance his routine now that he's at Furin, and Shinobu is doing her best to convince Yushiro to move into Makochi for the sake of his and her peace, and because Chachamaru happens to really like Akihiko.
Oh, and there's also Shishitoren causing trouble, to the surprise of absolutely nobody.
Updates twice a month for the sake of longer chapters.

Every year, Furin has a party where every student brings their family and obviously they party. This party is very subtle since only their immediate family and those living with them are the only ones able to come.
When Hiragi asks Class 1-1 who's coming, Suo reveals he has brothers. After that, Furin learns more about Suo than ever before. Including his uprising.
Also there is going to be a lot of found family and comfort especially in the last two chapters
or basically my head cannon of Suo's life.

Nirei hated being a burden to his friends. They’d tell him he wasn’t, tell him he was doing great with his training and was allowed to take his time… but he knew the truth.
That was why he played into his strengths, that being his intelligence. Nirei knew he had a better memory than most, good observational skills and that he was a fast learner. He was grateful he could use these skills to make up for what he lacked. Or at least, he used to be grateful.
Having his face pressed against a wall while his notebook was ripped from his hands made him second guess that.
