Summary
Clarke Griffin is the lead investigator of a special task force in the FBI designed to bring down serial killers all around the country. As a former medical student she has a high solve rate, and has been selected by FBI director Marcus Kane to solve a series of murders in Miami.
Lexa Woods is a recently made detective working under Lieutenant Titus Flemming. As a former investigations specialist in the military, she quickly moved through the ranks from rookie to detective in under 6 months. The youngest in precinct history.
When another body turns up, she is called in with the homicide unit. Her first case since being made detective has her wanting to prove herself, but there is no one she wants to prove herself more to than Clarke Griffin. Lead investigator of the FBI special task force brought in to take over the case, but as Lexa’s first case, she doesn’t want to let it go.
