Summary
Special education. Those are words Alison loathes. After ten years of special education at school, she grew to detest the way her school treated kids like her, and vowed to do a better job that this when she grew up.
And today is her first day as Special Educational Needs Coordinator (the name makes her cringe, but she can’t change it) at Button House Comprehensive. And after spending all day with autistic kids banned from stimming and wheelchair users struggling with inaccessibility, Alison becomes even more determined to give these kids the chance she never got.
