One day a missile cashes and detonates the entire place. 7 years later, she volunteered to undergo genetic experimentation overseen by the GDA's (global defense agency) Cecil Steadman that grants them powers ans they become heroes. While patrolling one night she a boy in (a very skin-tight suit) a mostly black costume with a yellow section runs down the center of the suit, forming an inverted triangle at the waist. Blue accents form an "M" shape across the shoulders.
