Summary
It started with a headache.
Or a hug, after the gate slammed down on a rented U-Haul, ready to take his Alpha friend 800 miles away from him. His nose buried in Eddie’s neck, chasing his scent straight from the source before it moved out of reach.
Or maybe it started with a lightning strike, a gunshot, a wave, a bomb, a grenade. An unfamiliar Alpha in the locker room, with a killer smile and an 8-pack.
But Buck first became aware of it as a thumping in his skull as he closed the door to
Eddie’shis house.-------

Summary
Buck made a friend as a child that would stay with him from that day on. That friend just so happened to be a spirited little water elemental. A promise has kept their bond a secret his entire life, but now that Buck is older, and a very perceptive Eddie Diaz has entered the picture, keeping his secret might not be as easy, or necessary, as he thought.
Follow Buck as he learns more about his bond and abilities, all while dragging an unaware Eddie and Chris along for the ride.

Summary
She turns the book to a different page, now showing an old photo of our main characters, with the names; Eddie, Buck and Ravi. We zoom in to the photo of the three kids on the docks outside their small town. Two boys raising their swords and the last boy raising his guitar. “No retreat. No Surrender!” The three boys chanted, running back toward the town entrance; running through the city, straight to the church's cemetery.

“So, basically, you have a crush,” Maddie says with a smirk.
“What? No! I’ve never had a conversation with him! Hell, I don’t even know what the guy looks like!” Buck insists, turning back to the pasta sauce that’s simmering on the stove. “I’m just saying he has really good taste in books, okay?”
Maddie raises a disbelieving eyebrow. “Really good taste, and really queer taste…”
“And?” Buck scoffs. “There are plenty of ugly, awful gay men in Los Angeles. I just got dumped by one.” He spoons out a bit of the marinara and holds it out to Maddie. “Here, taste this.”
She does, and narrows her eyes slightly. “Mm, more basil I think.”
“Are you sure?” Buck has a taste of his own and concedes, “Yeah, you’re absolutely right.”
“I know,” Maddie says. “I’m right about most things.”
“You’re right about the basil and only the basil.”

Summary
“Your behaviour is extremely inappropriate, Eddie,” Helena started, and to his benefit, Eddie remained stone-faced. “Bringing your colleague, a pregnant male omega to a family event–“
“Is that what it is about?” Sophia asked in disbelief.
“Him showing off in front of all the Diazes, some we haven’t seen in years, and making it known that you hang out with this kind of crowd–“
“Mom,” Eddie sighed, closing his eyes and looking worse for wear.
“Think about what it does to Christopher,” Helena said, her eyes shining with unshed crocodile tears. “What people his age–Angelina’s friends!– will think of him!”
Sophia turned to look at Eddie, baffled by what she was hearing, only to find her brother unmoved, as if he had heard this exact speech before. But Sophia couldn’t find it in herself to let her mother spew such lies.
“You’re insane,” she breathed out.Series

Summary
The plane flew over him, just a few feet above the top of his head. He felt his ears pop as he turned around to watch the plane continue its descent to land on the 110.
He smiled as he watched, but then he felt something warm start dripping down his cheeks. He knew it wasn't tears because the feeling was on the sides of his cheeks, but he didn't know what else it could be.
He slowly reached his hand up to where he felt the warmth before pulling it back to see what it was. His fingers were red. He was bleeding.
OR
Buck was way too close to the plane when it was descending on the 110 WITHOUT HEARING PROTECTION, so now, he must suffer those consequences.
OR x2
The more accurate version of Season 8 Episode 3 where Athena lands the plane on the 110. Since Tim Minear wants realism.

“Eddie, I know you know how that would look. Your parents are gonna think— And I know they’re like really Catholic. And not like Bobby Catholic.”
Eddie lets out a soft laugh. “Quite frankly… I don’t care. In fact, I welcome it.”
Buck frowns. “Why would you—”
“Because I really don’t want to hear all about how I’m a fuck up of a father right now,” Eddie interrupts sharply. “And if that means hearing all about another way I’ve disappointed them, then so be it.”

Summary
When Evan Buckley leaves Los Angeles on deployment, he doesn’t just walk away from the 118 — he leaves behind the people who taught him what home means.
Over two and a half years, distance reshapes everything: a child grows up, a house learns how to breathe around absence, and love is carried quietly through letters, memory, and waiting.
This is a story about war and return, about chosen family, and about coming back anyway.
