The gun in his hand is trembling.
Looking down its barrel, at the other end, is his brother kneeling on the floor. His vision blurred one moment, then became clearer on the next. It kept happening; he can’t fucking focus for the life of him.
But then again, how can he?
He can’t even stand straight right now; the only thing that is keeping him from crumbling to the hard floor is the steady grip of firm hands on his hips. A hot breath in his ear; the stench of cigarettes and whiskey wafting into his nose.
