Summary
Jamie's never celebrated holidays, much less a 12-day event honoring, like, the moon or something. What does a street kid who lived in a smog-choked city and the underground temple of a poisonous goddess know about the moon?
But Jamie's a hero now, a resident Baldurian, and a captive no longer. They live in a townhouse with their partner, Astarion, just blocks from many of their dearest friends—friends who are determined to show Jamie what the Solstice might mean. Of course, not all of them have a clear concept of it, either. Jamie's hardly the only one who hasn't observed a proper Solstice in ages (or ever), and they're hardly the only one disarmed by unexpected emotions this holiday season.

Summary
Sylvara is a practical and wise cleric of Mielikki from a remote wood-elven village when she gets abducted by mindflayers. Gale is an over-enthusiastic and brilliant wizard from Waterdeep, if slightly arrogant. Sylvara begrudgingly allows him to travel with her to find a cure for their parasite when his knowledge proves to be useful. But there's more to him than meets the eye, and Sylvara finds herself falling for the charming wizard, despite herself.
*This is based on my duo-run with Gale. It includes Wyll, Karlach, and Lae'zel in the party as well in certain situations, but primarily focuses on Sylvara x Gale.

Lae’zel believed that Wyll’s time and energy would be better spent on other things besides leaping and spinning about erratically like a planetoid knocked from orbit. And yet, she found the complaint wither on her tongue, the memory of his dance holding her imagination captive, almost spellbound— as if he had charmed Lae’zel using the infernal magic of his devilish patron, though she knew he never would.
The words that tumbled out of her mouth instead, unguarded, and full of genuine curiosity, surprised her as well as Wyll: “Teach me.”

Another three parked on the curbside, but none of these were outside what would be her residence for the next few years. Lae’zel had studied the floor plan aboard her ship. Through the front door would be a minuscule entry containing two staircases. One would lead downwards into the basement apartment. The other would lead into the upstairs apartment- Unit 1A, her new territory. Territory she would have to share with three istik."

Why did she feel sympathy with this brute and her cruel god? Then it hit her; in Lae’zel she saw a reflection of her own faith, someone so devoted to a god they believe the pain it inflicts is holy, and from the outside it was grotesque. The thought caused a spike of pain to shoot through her hand, a sign of her lady's disapproval, the pain subsided with a whispered prayer begging for forgiveness. How could she compare her lady's divine and holy pain to some lesser deity's torture? Who cares if Lae’zel believes her pain is holy? It wasn’t her concern. So then why did her stomach drop when she saw the gith wince? Why Despite all Shar’s teachings did she want to give Lae’zel The relief she herself couldn't have?

In the middle of what seems to be a minor side-mission, the gang stumbles upon a girl being chased by a legion of demons straight from the Nine Hells. It turns out this girl is not just any normal citizen traveling around the Sword Coast; in fact, she is the child of an arch-devil, unbeknownst to herself. Raphael is desperate to get his hands on her, she is only just discovering her strange, half-infernal powers, and her devilish father is in no mood to let her run wild. Lae'zel, Shadowheart, Astarion, Gale, Karlach and Wyll have to do decide whether or not they are willing to help her escape her fate and use her powers for good - and how far they are willing to go.
Amidst shenanigans, relationship troubles, camp chaos and the regular old bickering, this strange, unexpected half-devil is ready to stir up trouble, and become the greatest bard the Sword Coast has ever seen. If her father would just let her be. And if the beautiful, strong-as-hells tiefling named Karlach would stop making eyes at her.
