Leon looks down at the man's body on the floor, shivering from the disgust he's feeling. Wesker looks down and shoots him two more times in the head. “For touching you.” Leon sits up from the table, still groggy from whatever they put inside his body. “Take it as easy as possible, you're in no place to be running around right now.” Wesker places a hand against Leon's shoulder and chest, keeping him from getting down. “I'm glad you're here…I missed you..” Leon says with a yawn.

Well that’s not fair. This was a dubiously convoluted situation that no normal person casually thought about being in, not with their superior officer no less. Leon knew this was wrong, power-play and all, but at the same time a part of him didn’t want to disappoint whatever perceived reputation Wesker somehow had of him. He was still relatively new, after all. And, well, this was a dangerous man, and Leon loved to throw himself at perilous situations.
“I… I’ve got an open schedule,” he answered between pursed lips.
Wesker exhaled through his nose. “Now come here.”
Leon is caught by surprise after hours in the RPD break room by a certain evil blond man. -

As the helicopter was flying away, taking away Ashley to a safe place, Leon could only breath as deeply as he could , feeling the aches in his muscles and succumbing to exhaustion after everything he had endured: the fights, the chases, the little rest he had to give, and the countless deaths he had witnessed.
He decided to stay just a few minutes, searching in the forest a place where he could communicate the success of the mission. It was silent, very disconcerting after everything. He so desperately needed to rest and try and forget about this experience.
It was so quiet and calm… it shouldn’t be like that, not here. Not after what he saw and how he felt the Plagas go through him…
He had manifested it or Lady Luck wasn’t on his side once again, because from the shadows of the trees a deep and velvety voice spoke.

The red moonlight, filtering through the shattered stained-glass window, fell upon his body like a perverse blessing: his blond hair with reddish highlights accentuated the beauty of that defiant face, his eyes, showing confusion, gazing at the red sky beneath the dome, almost mesmerized, his lips parted so that he could hear his stifled breath, and the light bathed his skin in scarlet reflections, outlining his silhouette against the blood-stained marble. An almost innocent vision, like that of an angel fallen into hell itself.
Wesker observed him with a different gleam in his eyes—not just curiosity, but something akin to fascination.
"Look at that…" he whispered with delight. His footsteps echoed softly, confidently, as he descended from the balcony and walked through the smoke toward the altar. Every meter that separated them seemed to shrink, each of Leon's breaths merging with the distant roar of the flames. "What an irony, isn't it? You throw yourself into the lion's den, and the entire universe conspires to crown you as an offering. Right beneath the red moon...Right where the bride was meant to be."
The last sentence was a deliciously cruel whisper.
