Summary
After their successful Ring Box heist, the gang clears out of Night City until the dust settles.
Dasha spends her credits on some wardrobe upgrades and takes a ladyfriend on a whale-watching cruise off the coast of Alaska.
Vang0 Bang0, disappointed to be left with an empty ring box and an IOU, borrows credits from Burger to make some serious recording equipment upgrades—so much so that he may actually need a cameraman. Naturally, he asks Burger Chainz to do the honors.
He accepts under the condition that he be credited as Manhattan GameStop. He’s trying to make a name for himself as a professional bodyguard/camera operator. Once that stipulation is met, he’s happy to accommodate one of his best friends—so long as Vang0 is willing to join him on his trip up the West Coast, living out of his van.
Vang0 figures a change of scenery could be just what his channel needs. They head north, with the boat hitched behind them. Burger still hasn’t found a place to moor it. He's hoping to go fishing. He may be a country boy at heart after all.
Vang0 would never describe himself as outdoorsy, but he’s willing to try anything to maintain that double-digit following.
