Summary: A Male!V that completed the "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" version of the Path of Glory Ending and sent Johnny beyond the Black Wall reaches the end of the six months he had left to live and passes away... only to wake up back near the start, back where it all began. But just like last time, he's not alone. Only, it's not Johnny in his head this time. It's Alt Cunningham. And she has some explaining to do.

Night City is either a nightmare or a paradise, but one things for certain, it is not an easy place to live. Crime is rampant.When a street punk fighter notices his friends vanishing off the streets, and one going cyberpsycho, Sanosuke Sagara takes it upon himself to deal with the problem.
An increase in cyberpsychos isn't all that unusual, but when some incidents start adding up in a short amount of time, it catches the attention of a certain detective.
While investigating one such incident, Fujita Gorō encounters an idiotic young man who keeps getting in his way continuously at every turn. The two agree to work together, temporarily, at least until they catch whoever is behind it all. Simple right?9/17/25 chapter 7 is finally done. Wee.

They did it. V and Johnny make it to Mikoshi so that Alt can finally separate them. Instead of waking up a legend, V wakes up in her old bed in her old apartment recovering from the aftermath of Konpeki.
V and Johnny are back to square one but with the knowledge of everything they did last time. Maybe they can get through their predicament without gonking it up this time. Only problem is now they can touch each other and they can’t seem to keep their hands to themselves.
Armed with the knowledge of the past, they try to do it better this time. Until time resets. Again. And Again.

This is the second part of the Dogtown tales, post secret ending, when V tries to figure out how to save herself after attacking the Arasaka tower. With a pissed off `Saka at her back, it's definitely not going to be easy. Besides, the threat of NUSA still hangs over Dogtown, for by providing assistance in So Mi's escape and humiliating the President, Kurt Hansen has played a tricky chess game.
Primarily I'm still sticking with CP/PL ideas, it's my version of what could be after Mikoshi 🤨
