Summary
A friendly woman wakes up as a generally considered very mean and nasty member of team rocket named medusa who's pretending to run a cafe. Mewtwo is being made in the basement and all she knows is basic pokemon video game lore and themes. With nothing much else at her disposal unless you count an ekans that is acutely aware their trainer has been posessed and is not happy about it, she must find a way to save mewtwo, protect the protagonist of the game, and avoid the usual plot of mew two blowing up everything in a thirty mile radius so she can enjoy her life as a peaceful cafe shop owner- for real this time.
Heavily focusing on found family, and it references some of the manga as well as the games and show. Things may get a bit darker as it progresses but things wont ever stay TOO dark. Its still a story about finding family in strange places and the value of kindness in a world that's strange and confusing. but thats putting it maybe a bit too poetically isint it? they're still silly little guys too-
despite mewtwo being in this fic, dont expect the main character to get too strong or impressive, shes not the one here to become a pokemon master.
