(the very first Secrets of the tally fic) Ebby gets a boyfriend and brings him home to meet her adopted brother and father, and of course cos he's her boyfriend the boys have to give him "the shovel talk"
(I would like to say that I tried to make the females be equal to the males because they are equal if not superior in the books but like I'm a dumbass kid who doesn't know stuff and I had sitcoms on the brain when writing this so if this seems like a "the boyfriend has to get permission from the father/brother before dating the girl" story it's not It's really more "Ebby is happy she has a family that loves her and wants this new part of her life/ person she loves deeply to meet the other people she loves deeply." :) )
