In an alternate universe, Shauna Shipman is in college trying to find her footing. She tries to ground herself in sports, having earned a scholarship. She tries to be the best student, tries to be a good friend to Jackie, and tries not to mess anything up. But ever since she met you, everything has grown more complicated. You, who criticize the way she uses sports to justify the fury that exists within her; you, who end up competing with her for the highest grades; and you, who have become the reason she wonders if she has ever felt this drawn to anyone before. When the two of you become dorm roommates, everything seems to intensify.

Summary
Nothing rattles Shauna Shipman’s game, especially not the golden striker she refuses to need.
Midfield prodigy Shauna Shipman plays with discipline, precision, and control. Soccer is the only thing she trusts, and she keeps her head down while others chase the spotlight. As one of the league’s most reliable playmakers, she knows better than to get distracted, especially by the rival forward who always seems to find her on the pitch.
Jackie Taylor is everything Shauna isn’t. Charismatic, celebrated, and impossible to ignore, Jackie thrives on pressure and attention. She loves the rivalry she and Shauna have built over years of facing each other at every level, and she’s never pretended the pull between them stops when the final whistle blows.
Their competition is legendary. Their chemistry is worse. As their careers rise and the line between rivalry and something more begins to blur, keeping things professional becomes harder than winning. When ambition and desire start demanding the same space, both women must decide what they’re willing to risk, on the field and off it.
TLDR; the professional soccer au (inspired by heated rivalry)

It’s been several months since the Yellowjackets’ graduation, and life has been going gradually smoothly. That is, until Shauna Shipman — the split group’s writer — goes to her first party during her attendance at Brown, and reunites with the girl she’s resented for all her life.

Jackie’s teeth were grazing Shauna’s lower lip, making her shiver. She never felt more alive; it was exhilarating. Shauna tried to convey with her mouth all the things she could not say aloud.

Summary
It had been two months since Shauna Shipman had returned home. Two months had passed since Shauna's parents had gotten their daughter back.
Adapting to life as a young adult was hard enough, but to Shauna Shipman, things seemed impossible. Her mind and body were torn, each in two different places.
Her body rested in Wiskayok, New Jersey. Her mind, however, made it's home in the forest.
Just when Shauna thought she was out of the woods, figuratively and literally, a familiar face made itself known unexpectedly.
Shauna Shipman was learning how to live again after her time in the wilderness, but she was haunted. Shauna was haunted by the ghosts of the past, by the knowledge of what she did out there.
How would she live with herself?

Summary
Deb Shipman manages to score concert tickets for her daughter, Shauna is happy for once, at least for now :>, She has an extra ticket, and Jackie has been a pain in the ass. Who will she invite if not for the girl who has shown an interest lately, and who is rather great company despite the not so hushed words that shroud her. Natalie Scatorccio is fun to be around and is rather adorable. Who knew? Well Shauna knows now. They spend time, and Shauna debates whether she should lend the offer to an individual who shares a tie to her.

Summary
Shauna Shipman has her first (and God willing, last) kid at seventeen years old. Her parents raise Callie while she goes off to Brown. "Until you can support her," they say again and again.
And then college is over, and Shauna is back in town, trying to reconnect with the four-year-old daughter she barely knows. She's not sure she can support herself, let alone Callie.
But it just so happens Shauna knows Callie's Pre-K teacher pretty well already. Or did, anyway. Back before everything blew up.
"Miss Taylor," Callie calls her.
Frankly, Jackie is a lot better with kids than Shauna is.

Summary
For most plane crash survivors, the answer to the question, “what’s the worst thing that’s ever happened to you?” is obvious. For Shauna Shipman, the answer is Jackie Taylor.
OR
a fix it fic: jackie survives, they’re rescued soon after and nobody eats each other! all is well and good! minus the illicit teen pregnancy, the homoerotic codependency, van being mauled by wolves, the drugs, sex, and amputation, and laura Lee EXPLODING. mostly takes place in the teen timeline and will shift towards the adult one eventually.

Summary
The hairs on the back of Jackie’s neck stand up and her skin prickles. She quickly pulls her mask over her face.
“Hands where I can see them!” The shout pierces through the air.
Jackie whips around, her hands shooting up. “Officer Quigley.” She greets in a shaky voice.
“Captain.” He corrects curtly, flicking the safety off of his gun.
Or: Jackie's doing her best to help people but it hasn't been going well.
