  Summary

  Hidden inside Gardenview, the Toon Rooms is home to all toons. Each toon is nonchalant, except for Cosmo, an exuberant toon thats built different. Determined to become "normal" like the other toons, Cosmo enlists the help of his best friend Sprout and a notorious code breaker called Tee. During their travels through the other apps, the three toons discover a great danger that could threaten their Gardenview's very existence.
