Based on the conversation between Chappell Francoeur and Lothair Daoust (IOI never fails to deliver on NPC names), Helmut’s phone call with ‘Dan’ in the North Garden, and the conversation between Dalia Margolis and Helmut Kruger in the Voltaire Suite. This is an apology for all the times Helmut’s had his identity stolen by a funny bald man, and for the few times an equally bald clown has hit him over the head with a baseball bat.
