Once Shouto's quirk appeared his father began to demand that his entire life be centered around him preparing to become the future number 1 hero. No more time for playing around or otherwise 'wasting time' and this lifestyle only grew stricter as he grew older. If he wasn't training, he was learning about battle tactics, and if he wasn't learning about battle tactics, he was doing schoolwork. His main source of entertainment was to daydream when his father thought he was busy working on something else.
After a while the daydreaming shifted into a more complete hobby and he began writing down his daydreams. At first, they were messy with terrible grammar and spelling and incoherent plots. Not that that was particularly surprising considering he was about six when he first started writing. What he liked about the hobby was that it was easy to hide. His father didn't care enough to look closely at what he was doing so he could easily lie and say that he was doing schoolwork.- Language:
