It is how they met, on court. It is what Andrey spends all his time with. Not only to pass time, it was his passion. Well, until … until two years ago. Two years ago everything had changed. It had started that Andrey felt weak and out of breath faster. He had not given it much thought back then but then it had gotten worse. It had affected his tennis. And it had kept getting worse. They had hoped, prayed, wished that it was something temporary. Something that could be treated and then be gone again. But it was not. It was permanent, it would never truly go away again. It had crushed their worlds, both their worlds.
Or: Andrey and Daniil had a promising career in tennis, until Andrey became terrible ill. Now they have to try and manage a live in poverty...
