Summary

But Roy Mustang isn't the only one with plans in motion. Fontaine has designs for the city of Rapture, and covets the Incinerate! plasmid only Mustang possesses. When Maes Hughes uncovers the secret of Project W-Y-K, Roy and Riza are thrown headlong into a conspiracy that could bring Andrew Ryan's great city to its knees.
