    When Hell was first formed by the personification of evil and corruption given humanoid form and consciousness, there were 12 Circles. Each Circle was delegated to the strongest Demon(s), who are all part of Hell’s High Court. They govern these Circles with their own smaller Courts, wherein they select their most trusted allies as their Courtiers. A High Lord’s position can only be passed on through the blood, and as such, most will attempt to either find suitably strong humans to birth their heirs, or they will wait until their One Mate chooses to summon them.

    Accidentally picking up an enchanted necklace belonging to an Asgardian criminal, you're transported to Asgard, where Loki is king, and he won't let you leave until he finds the criminal in question. Worse, he won't teach you the basic skills needed to survive in Asgard unless you give him something in return.
    He offers a devil's deal- For each thing he teaches you, you must allow him the freedom to touch a part of your body as he pleases. You hands, your ears, your shoulders- every part of you is currency for his knowledge, and he intended to collect until all that is left is the very freedom you claim to have.
