Once she came to the ministry the experiment in the Department of Mystery backfired and she woke up in 1991 the year when Harry Potter came to Hogwarts. When she realized that none knew her here and didn't know what she had done, she came back to the magical world.
This time with an opposite goal than before. After all, she's no longer daddy’s girl. She could reform Wizard world when she played her cards right. And what is a better position than a girl who is trying to help everyone? And there are a lot of things that need to be saved.
