Excerpt
"Namora enters the cenote, wondering why the K’uk’ulkan has not come yet. Queen Ramonda of Wakanda is growing impatient with her delayed king. She is about to enter his hut when she hears a pronounced moan coming from the direction of the K’uk’ulkan’s private chamber. No one is allowed in there, only the K’uk’ulkan, but she cannot fathom why he would be there now instead of meeting with the leader of Wakanda. Frowning, Namora moves to investigate the cause of the sound. She comes to a complete stop at the edge of the entrance to the chamber. She quickly moves backward out of the chamber. She cannot process the sight she just witnessed. The K’uk’ulkan vigorously plowing into the Princess on the finest of Talokanil blankets that were specially prepared for the K’uk’ulkan."

Summary
A year has passed since Shuri made the bittersweet decision to leave Wakanda. While she's saved her people and the world from destruction, she can not help but feel she's abandoning the only home she's ever known. But without her mother and brother, Wakanda has no place for her, so Shuri settles in Haiti with Nakia and her nephew.
The days slowly tick by, but Shuri finds inner peace in the slowness that is this strange, outside world with new surprises every day. She could make a life for herself here. But deep down, Shuri can not help but feel as if He is always there, watching for her.
One fateful day, Okoye arrives, spinning tales of a Wakanda on the brink of civil war. Some accept the rule of the new king. Others desire to follow the Old Ways. Others want to place Wakanda on the world map as the leader they believe it should be. Wakanda needs a strong leader, but with M'Baku turning the Kingdom back into an isolationist nation, tensions are wound as tightly as a bowstring.
Shuri has no choice but to return, but His eyes are everywhere. Namor let her go once. He's not doing it again. This time, he's making himself clear: Shuri will be his, even if he has to chase her to the ends of the earth.
