If Pekka had only one, or two, or four under his claw, he might have lived on merrily. But all six, living and griping and bleeding and bonding together in one country estate?

Summary
Tonks didn't want to get married, didn't want to have kids, but the Magical Population Management Act said she didn't have a say in the matter. At least this werewolf she picked out of the Ministry's catalogue seemed like a decent bloke?
A marriage law fic, but with a totally canon relationship that makes the trope unnecessary! Trope is used instead to explore building a sexual and romantic relationship out of familiarity and necessity, as well as frustrations with an overbearing state. There is significant canon divergence. That makes it sound more serious than it is; it's half smut, lol. Tonks is a bit aged up to make things less creepy.
JK Rowling sucks! But man, I still want to play around in the Harry Potter universe.
