Summary
Niffty found a passion for writing. However, it’s a little unconventional being about her very own friends in the hotel. It was just a simple hobby for Niffty, allowing her a creative outlet. It makes her happy, though, and she loves sharing it with her friends to make them happy as well (unknowingly causing different emotions).
However, all actions have consequences, whether good or bad. From plagiarism to theft, from realizations to admittance, from jealousy to love. Niffty may be the cause of the actions, but the residents have to deal with the consequences.

Summary
What if, in this world, everyone else in the hotel, except Charlie and Vaggie, is a kid?
Hell does not discriminate. It does not matter if you are an adult or a child; as long as you do not match the standards of Heaven, you will be sent to the south side.
Angel Dust, Alastor, Niffty, Husk, Cheri Bomb, and Sir Pentious are all kids and teens who are currently trapped in hell.
Being a kid is not easy in hell; exterminations are the least of your problems. There are other things to worry about, like shitty adults.
Then suddenly this Princess out of nowhere pitches this idea that you can go to heaven?
She must be high on drugs because no way an adult like her would look out for kids like them.
Would she?
Charlie will be in a hell of a time with these kids around the hotel. She’s got a tough road ahead. Not only does she need to redeem her guests before the extermination starts, but she also has to rebuild their trust after facing so much pain from adults time and time again. Will she be able to earn their trust and help them heal, or will she end up failing and losing these souls to the mercy of heaven?

Summary
If a soul is killed with an angelic weapon, they cannot reform. All of hell knew that, that's why everyone was so scared of exterminations. But the King of hell knew a bit more about that, more than anyone else in hell probably, even more than the angels sent by heaven to exterminate them.
When Sera realized what heaven had done to all those poor souls that could've been redeemed, she wanted to atone, to be better from now on. To make that wish a reality she and a few other angels visited hell to renegotiate the exterminations deal, in the process they find out some things none of them would have guessed about what was happening in hell and what the King of hell himself did about the extermiantions.
