Leon shrugs. “We almost did, you know. Raccoon City. I’ve read your reports– we were only off by a couple hours.” He’s wondered about it, actually. As a rookie, he’d kind of imprinted on the first authority figure he’d met– Ada, and her FBI agent routine – and god knows that fucked with his head enough over the years.
But if he’d met Jill…maybe it could have been avoided. Except he didn't. He met her in Alcatraz, world-weary and alone.
