His eyes are suddenly cruel. What he says next makes it all the more unsettling. “This is not some prison you want to take him out of. In fact, he’s perfectly free to come out whenever he wants. He just chooses to stay there.”
Macaque’s heart drops, while Nezha shouts “that’s a fucking lie!”. Macaque, unfortunately, can’t agree with Nezha. He knows a liar when he sees one, and this smoky figure is not one of them. “He’s not lying.”
Nezha’s eyes go wide. He still can’t believe it. “Yes, he is! Even if he wasn’t, he must’ve done some fucking shit to him, altered his mind or something. There’s no way he's staying in that killing device!” Nezha yells. Macaque doesn’t have the heart to calm him down. There’s a daunting realization in him that he isn’t even surprised Wukong has done this.
(or, there is an artifact that makes one's dream world but drains them out of their magic. wukong has gotten himself into it, and makes it macaque's problem.)

Tenten doesn't actually dislike Gaara, okay. She got over the whole "crushed his leg and almost his dreams and therefore deserves to get stabbed through the throat" THING. However, if Gaara thought that because he was the Kazekage he was allowed to play around with Lee's heart then he had another thing coming. It was very, very disrespectful of him, whether or not Lee had never looked happier than when they were holding hands.
(She didn't care if he was the second coming of Hashirama himself. If anyone wanted to seriously date her friend, then they needed ask- it was only polite.)
