To entertain themselves at a gala, the Batkids play bingo and a drinking game out of microaggressions. One sip for a basic, ignorant comment. Two sips for an underhanded insult. Three sips for multiple isms, and chug the glass if someone starts a fight.
As the only one legally old enough to drink, Dick is gonna end up wasted by the end of the night. Barbara is gleefully keeping track of their bingo sheets from afar. Bruce did not sign up for this.

From its description, Aizawa had the ability to nullify someone's quirk when he looked at them, though he had to avoid blinking, and it didn’t really work on mutation-type quirks either. Still, it was an incredibly useful, and rare, quirk.
OR
What if All Might knew that you could use the quirks of previous users earlier, and approached Aizawa about it? How would this affect canon?
