Summary
Naruto gets sick from bad milk, however, is discovered by Iruka.
After hearing Iruka's pleas Kakashi realizes he may have been wrong to leave Naruto in Lord Third's hands.
"This year they placed a rule students had to perform the Clone Jutsu. A Jutsu Naruto can’t perform due to his high chakra levels. Now they’re claiming to place Naruto with Sasuke to balance things out. That is the worst pairing I’ve ever seen. They’re asking him to fail. Lord Third won’t listen to me. The elders influence his decisions these days. I’m running out of options, Hatake. Even if Naruto did manage to graduate again, I have no control over who would get to teach him. It might not be you. As I’ve said, you’re the first person I’ve seen even to show compassion to Naruto in a long time. Hatake, you’re Naruto’s only shot. I’ve heard of you. You’re very respected. Under you, Naruto would be safe.”
Kakashi raised his hand to stop the Chunin. “Please, Hatake,” Iruka pleaded.
Kakashi continued to walk off. “You have given me a lot to think about Iruka.”
