    Izuku has no memory of the times before his fifth birthday.
    He just knows he woke up on the fifteenth of July, hurt and confused with only the kind lady that calls herself his mother to light his darkened path.

    Of course, he picked up on all the signs. He knows there are things she won't tell him. A reason she won't let him use his full Quirk.
    He knows they aren't related by blood.

    But it's only once he crosses path with the number two hero's son that something resonates within him, like a long lost memory.

    That he realises that to someone, he wasn't a child...
