He hoped his smile was reassuring. “I can tell you stories about papa, and maybe we can convince dad to tell us more about him. Who knows, maybe we can listen to sappy stories of dad and papa, with all the kisses and stuff,” he made kissy faces to the air and she giggled.
“Nii-san, that’s so cringe,” she squealed and tried to push him off when he tried to pull her in a bear hug. “Come on, Aki! Give your nii-san a hug first, then I’ll tell you about papa.”

Summary
A series of my Future AU, where Langa and Reki gets married, have kids, live their best lives and whatnot, in no particular order.
But in life, there is always tragedy. No matter how happy one is, fate is bound to turn it over. No one can escape that. But they can heal. There's always hope, even in the darkest times.
All fics in this series will be in messy order, but I'll try to specify which is which, and connect which fic is a continuation of which fic.
This description will be updated as the series progresses.
Title taken from the song "Give Me Your Night", a commissioned song for the unit Nightcord at 25:00 (I'll probably take vocaloid song lyrics for most of the title)

Zhongli stares at them through his glasses. Judging from their reactions, they have finally met him. He too recalls the first day he met his child, the way he felt his heart shatter when he found out the small energy the size of a bud had turned into a perfect copy of his mate.
As if Celestia had been playing the cruelest joke on him.

Zhongli/Childe are married and have a child, his name is Shui. Shui faces his father after defying the number one rule set for him by his parents: "Never set foot into Snezhnaya".

“You always get excessively worried.“ The off-duty Harbinger replies. “I’m fine. I’ll be fine.” He confidently says. “So be a proud and happy parent like I am.” Childe whispers as he rubs Zhongli's arm up and down assuringly.When the other’s finally fast asleep once again, Zhongli slowly pulls their blanket to properly cover Childe’s body. His hand grips the edge of the blanket tightly as a heavy burden rests silently within his heart.
Please, have mercy on your mother.
