Being a part of the league wasn’t all bad. It meant that he got a roof over his head and a place to sleep at night. Albeit that place was filled with mass murders, himself included. But, he trusted them enough to not kill him in his sleep.
But one major downside to living with the league was this, being sick. As if his body wasn’t already fucked up enough he just had to get sick on top of it all.

Dabi stared down at the warehouse floor as he took in the information Hawks was giving him. His lungs burned with the urge to cough that he’d been holding back for at least five minutes now, and he knew he couldn’t keep it up much longer.
This cold had been bothering him only since yesterday morning, yet already had managed to progress to the point where he felt like flaming garbage. His nose had been stuffy all day, an incessant itch prickled in the back of his throat almost constantly and the freezing temperature outside had done nothing to ease the fever making itself known through his shivering.

Hawks staggered in through the doorway. His hero jacket was torn down one sleeve, half hanging off his arm. Blood soaked through the fabric in dark, alarming splotches. One wing dragged along the floor behind him, lacking most of the feathers.
Dabi’s flames extinguished. Hawks merely stood there, eyes unfocused and glassy, swaying on his feet.
“… Hawks?” Dabi tried.
Or; Dabi gets caught up in his weird enemies with benefits situation with Hawks when the hero stumbles in, injured and in urgent need of care.

Summary
The summer had been hot- beyond anything anyone had seen.
Popsicles melted faster than usual, roads nearly popped tires, and training had become more of a bitch than usual to the heroics students. But it was productive. Distracting.
Izuku never minded because at least with everything that had kept him busy, he was away from his anxiety and reminders of isolation and bad habits. But things are always complex, and well, consistent. Sick of the blaring heat, a villain with weather powers releases what Japan may consider one of the worst blizzards in history, all while in the month of June.
When all of those distractions are suddenly stripped, leaving Izuku in isolation with his class in the dorms for a “well deserved” break, those broken bad habits soon mold back into his hands. But compared to his early years, the people around him actually begin to pay attention.
Including a rather persistent blonde.
