Summary
Being a hero was all he had ever wanted, and he got it.

He was fine with that. All of it…but, now what?
The option to be a teacher at U.A.? To guide the prominent youth and future heroes whilst he succumbs—er, lives in the shadow of his old self?
Hard pass.
Izuku smirked, fingers fidgeting with his new notebooks.
He had other plans in store for himself.

Summary
Even years after the war, Izuku's dealing with some pretty rough nightmares.
They came back recently, and they don't seem to be going anywhere. Izuku insists his fine - Katsuki's having none of that.
Tear, comfort and emotional conversations ensue.
This is more along the lines of emotional intimacy, and can be read platonically.
Excerpt:
Katsuki hears silence, then the soft padding of feet on the ground, behind the wooden door.
Hesitance. Then, "Sorry. Nightmare."
That's more than he’s got most other nights. "Do you want to talk about it?"
"It's okay, Kacchan. Go back to sleep."
Katsuki sighs quietly. They can't keep going like this. "Nerd, open the door."
Izuku can't keep going like this.
"It's okay, really."
"No. It's not."
