Summary
Oscar Piastri never asked for a roommate. He especially didn’t ask for this roommate: Lando Norris, loud, cocky, and somehow always half-naked in their dorm. Their routines clash immediately—Oscar likes order, silence, and books stacked neatly on his desk. Lando likes blasting music, leaving clothes everywhere, and bringing strangers back at odd hours.
Oscar thinks Lando is immature.
Lando thinks Oscar is uptight.They drive each other insane, until a snowstorm cancels classes and traps them together in their room for a weekend. With nowhere to go, walls start breaking down—until Lando realizes that beneath Oscar’s quiet exterior is someone who’s always one step ahead of him, calm and in control. And Oscar? Lando was late again, by exactly one minute.
Oscar glanced at his watch, then at him. “Late. We start tomorrow.”
That set Lando off immediately. He hissed under his breath, furious, but careful not to shout inside the library.
“By a fucking minute?!”
“Irresponsible,” Oscar said flatly, as if Lando’s outburst barely registered.
Or, Lando Norris, a fourth-year business management student and captain of the university’s soccer team, is one failure away from being benched, which could also jeopardize his graduation. Oscar Piastri, on the other hand, is a third-year medical student, top of his class, a certified nerd, and brilliant enough to tutor. A university scholar that tutors for the money.
Oscar is Lando’s tutor. Lando, used to getting away with everything, money, a stellar reputation, a name that opens doors, has never had to struggle to stay on top. Oscar despises people like him. He hates that someone can coast through life on charm and wealth while others, like him, have to work relentlessly for every scrap of success. Lando embodies everything Oscar loathes.

Lando's mind raced, and he suddenly pushed Oscar away, his eyes wide with realization. "You have a girlfriend!" he accused, his voice rising despite the noise.
Oscar's eyes dimmed slightly, a shadow passing over his face. "We agreed to take a break," he said, his tone dismissive.
Lando's eyes widened further, a spark of curiosity igniting within them. "Oh? Why?"
Oscar sighed, a sound of exasperation. "I don't want to talk about it," he said, his voice firm.
Without warning, Oscar grabbed Lando's hand and pulled him towards the back of the club, navigating the crowded dance floor with determined strides. They pushed through the heavy door of the bathroom, the dim light casting long shadows across the tiled floor.
Oscar's hands moved quickly, unbuttoning his pants with practiced ease. "Kneel," he commanded, his voice rough with desire.
