Every Jujutsu Sorcerer has to be at least some amount of suicidal, it comes with the job, but this man clearly wanted to be pummeled until his own family wouldn’t be able to recognize him
And Suguru could very well make that happen

Satoru is forced to teach a 26-year-old man who has only recently developed Cursed Energy the basics of Jujutsu. This addition to his husband's workload already doesn't sit right with Suguru, but matters are further complicated when the man starts crushing on Satoru and acting inappropriately. Satoru, of course, doesn't know what flirting is if it hit him in the head, and takes every interaction in frustratingly good faith. Suguru becomes passively homicidal.

Summary
His eyes widen as he takes it all in, immediately ripping off his blindfold to get a better view
The apartment's trashed. Almost all the furniture's broken in some way, and everything he and his family own has ended up somewhere it shouldn't be. There are dents in the walls and broken chairs on the floor, the bookcase has been toppled over and the wood of the shelves is chipped. The light that's normally hanging from the ceiling has fallen and shattered
and, worst of all, he can't sense his husband or children here
OR
The Gojo clan finds out about how Satoru is married with four kids and isn't happy about it. To get him to give them up and rejoin the clan's ranks, they devise a plan to make his family disappear, taking them away while Satoru is not home. Satoru loses his shit.

Shoko takes a breath before pulling it from her pocket and placing it on his palm in one quick movement, wanting it out of her hands as soon as possible. “Congratulations,” she sighs, “You’re pregnant.”
Suguru instinctively reaches to his left for his husband's hand, feeling around the air next to the mattress before coming to an abrupt stop. Satoru's not here. Satoru is still missing. How is he meant to handle this when Satoru is still missing?

Gojo Satoru drops off the face of the Earth during an international mission, sending both his husband and nearly all of Jujutsu society into a panic. A large emergency task force is immediately mobilized to locate him, and Suguru intends to lead it from the front, but matters complicate when Suguru discovers he's pregnant, and there are plenty of enemies who'd want their hands on him as well as the child
